Shipping policy
Shipping Methods & Policies
We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs, each with specific features and policies.
Standard Shipping
This is our most economical shipping option. Please note the following key points:
- It is a non-insured service. We are not responsible for parcels that are damaged or lost during transit. For these issues, you'll need to contact the shipping carrier's customer service directly.
- This service is "ATL" (Authority to Leave) only, meaning a signature is not required for delivery.
- Standard international tracking is provided via NZ Post.
Courier Shipping
Our most effective and popular option with customers, offering more security and support:
- A signature may or may not be required upon delivery, depending on the carrier.
- For any parcels that are damaged or lost, we will provide a refund or resend the products to you as soon as possible.
Shipping Specific Items
Different types of products have their own shipping rules to ensure they arrive safely.
Lures, Fishing Reels, Landing Nets
- Flat rate shipping is applied for all orders within New Zealand.
- For international shipments, the rate is determined by the weight of the package.
Fishing Rods
- A maximum of one fishing rod is allowed per shipping ticket.
- Each rod is carefully packaged in a thick-walled, industrial-grade carton or the original manufacturer's carton to ensure its protection.
- The shipping cost includes all necessary packaging and handling fees.
Tax, Duty, & Tariff Policies
Please be aware of the following tax policies based on your location.
- For customers in New Zealand, a 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax) is already included in the price of both products and shipping.
- For all international buyers (outside of New Zealand), we do not collect any VAT, tariffs, taxes or other fees on either products or shipping. It is the international buyer's responsibility to pay any VAT, tariffs, taxes or other fees required by their country's customs regulations.
